A session with me is like a supportive stepping stone for you to improve some aspect of your life. Maybe you want to find the sense of flow you once used to feel, or perhaps it would be useful to release what’s been holding you back.

We won’t delve into discussing your past, there’s no mulling over problems. Instead, accessing your mind space, transforming its imagery and internal dialogue, as well as working with your breathing pattern and imagination, can effortlessly shift you to a better place so that whatever bothered you, simply doesn’t any longer. You can then move forward with renewed hope and confidence.

There’s no need to commit to any ongoing sessions with me long term. You can just book for a single session and find out the amount of relief you can achieve. On some occasions it might even be all that you need. For most issues, I recommend around three sessions to create lasting change.

The sessions consist of specifically structured mental visioning methods, combined with coherent breathing techniques. Step-by-step you’ll re-train your nervous system so your experience is shaped in a new way, resulting in your feeling better and performing better.

Sometimes even just one session can make a huge difference in your outlook and perspective – for example to give you a confidence boost before an important presentation, to calm you down before major surgery, or dissolving creative blocks so your ideas can flow. These are online sessions in the comfort of your own home via Zoom video connection. 

  • A stable internet connection is needed, preferably via computer or laptop rather than phone.
  • Both video and audio are needed so that I can see and hear you well.
  • You hands need to be free to move (i.e. not holding a phone) and your screen must not be on timer in such a way that it would black out after a certain amount of time when not touched.
  • I recommend your device to be attached to a charger so that it won’t run out of power in the middle of our session.

In consultation with you, we will discuss the result you are after, and I will take you through a few initial questions and exercises in order to tailor the required session(s) specifically to fit you, should you choose to make a booking afterwards.

METAPHOR THERAPY

This is one of the most versatile ways of working with a myriad of issues. If you’re not quite ready to experience the benefits of formal hypnosis but would like to find relief for the kind of issues that hypnosis works well for, you can consider exploring the metaphors of your mind, to shape and shift your personal inner world in order to transform your outer world.

These sessions are enjoyable, relaxing yet solution-focused, they can be surprising and are often emotionally powerful in the most positive of ways. The type of process that I guide you through is always specifically tailored to you, in consultation with you regarding what you want to achieve.

In these sessions, you’ll learn to reconnect with yourself in a new refreshing way. Through specific sequences of questions and answers, we’ll discover the metaphors and symbols that map your life below your conscious awareness. I’ll guide you towards making changes in your inner world in a way that feels just right for you. You will be the one compiling the jigsaw puzzle of your own life, my task is to point out those pieces that you may not have noticed, or the one that fell on the floor some time ago that you thought was lost forever. Soon, a wonderful image of wholeness emerges for you.

These sessions utilise your internal focus and symbolic visuals in your mind’s eye, leading you to resolve problems in an unusual yet enjoyable and effective way. It is possible you’ll come to see your life from a different perspective, gaining clarity about your next steps and feeling a sense of resolution – perhaps peaceful, perhaps invigorating.

HYPNOSIS

Hypnotherapy is a gentle, effective way to release emotional issues, bothersome habits or behaviours, as well as fears and phobias. Also chronic pain and persistent symptoms that nothing has worked for so far can respond well to hypnosis so you can experience welcome relief. If you have difficulty curbing food cravings or smoking cigarettes, hypnosis can be exactly the solution you’re looking for. Sorting out what’s holding you back will allow you to focus on your future in a new way.

Through hypnosis, you can also reach a stronger connection with your own capabilities and inner resources, so you can deal with whatever life brings you, enjoying greater ease and peace of mind. I work with you collaboratively, guiding you to experience hypnosis in your own individual way. We can also work entirely ‘content free’ i.e. without you telling me anything about your issue and you can still find relief as a result of our sessions.

I help you to find relief from your issue with methods that are known to have helped many others with similar issues. Although I cannot guarantee results as all cases are individual, I will always do everything in my professional capacity to help you experience relief – I don’t give up easily. As long as you are fully committed and ready to take responsibility for your part in creating the change you’re after, I’m positive you’ll experience great results.

We won’t be discussing your problems or your private matters at length in these sessions; this is entirely solution-focused and you only share the amount of detail with me that you feel comfortable with. Being in hypnosis won’t cause you to reveal anything that you wouldn’t in a normal state, and you cannot “get stuck” in hypnosis. You’ll never lose control and you’ll be able to bring yourself back from the inner world of your mind to full awareness of the outside world any moment you wish.

Who is hypnotherapy suitable for?
If you’ve tried to manage with an issue long enough without success and truly want to improve and feel better, all you need to do is follow my guidance in our sessions and be open to the possibility of rapid change. There’s no right or wrong way for you to experience hypnosis, only your own individual way which I will help you experience. I’ll make sure you’ll feel safe and comfortable throughout the sessions.

Whom can I not offer hypnosis for?
I cannot offer you hypnosis sessions if you suffer from psychotic symptoms or if you’re diagnosed with a dissociative disorder or a pathological personality disorder. Although hypnotherapy doesn’t trigger epileptic seizures, if you are prone to them, for the sake of your own safety you would need to have someone physically nearby as I’m not physically in the same room with you. If in any doubt, please consult your medical doctor before booking a session.

If you’d prefer to solve your issue without hypnosis, I also offer transformational mental training methods and working with the metaphors of your mind that does not involve formal hypnosis but can be similarly effective in a relatively short period of time. My aim is to have you reach the best possible result in as few sessions as possible, but can give you a better estimate after we have spoken about what you would like to have happen.

For weight loss hypnotherapy, I suggest individual 3-6 sessions over a period of 6-12 weeks. Alternatively, you can join group sessions (when running) at significantly lower price.

If you want to stop smoking, prepare to become a non-smoker in a single 2h session (the price of £625GBP covers preliminary consultation and a follow-up non-smoker support session).
